The longest deer season in the United States, world class fishing, relatively inexpensive land, low taxes, nearby beaches and airports, great people with a wonderful sense of community………the list of reasons to own land in the Lowcountry  goes on and on.  Coupling this with historically low prices and low interest rates makes owning  SC land, like the showcased property, an almost “nobrainer”.

This 33 acre square tract, with power, was a pasture that has now has 15 year old , mostly hardwoods (persimmon trees throughout), timber, but could be turned into an awesome dove field with a tractor.  So many deer they are a nuisance to the neighboring farmers.  Sever acres of big hardwoods on NW corner (house site).
